About Me

Eating has always been my passion, of course with a wonderful cook like my mom, and loads of friends around I have had the opportunity to taste, appreciate and fall for various cuisines of India. And off late, trying to venture into the international market as well 🙂
I always used to wonder, how could one cook such a sumptuous wonderful meal… when making a coffee itself was a rock-climbing task for me. I still remember, I did not know to make a simple lemon rice when I was at onsite alone. I just used to make the same dal, some vegetable curry, and end with curd rice. Or you know, just eat with some Grand sweets traditional pastes…. But then came “Marriage”, blessing in disguise. My husband is one person, who is very difficult to impress in cooking. He is an amazing person when it comes to cooking food, and as the age old saying goes “A way to man’s heart is through his stomach”, I started to try my hand in cooking. If not for him, I would never have taken this as my passion, but just a way to keep my stomach from not getting hungry.
So here comes, compilations of my recipes (read –> gathered, learned since last 2 years) and most of them kitchen approved. It would be a pat on my back, if you can ask for some recipes, that I can try, test and post them for you.
And any recipe you find here probably will be found elsewhere as well, but these are close to my heart, and a compilation of what I have been trying all these days…..So that few years later I need not search for these again

Happy cooking and enjoy eating.
